Stillness Junior School would like to recruit an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and motivated team in this successful multi-cultural school. This is a fixed term post.

The Teaching Assistant will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team, under the leadership and supervision of the inclusion team: will work with individuals/groups to supervise physical/general care of pupils, including those with SEN; enable access to learning for pupils and assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:

Has a founded track record of working with KS2 children

Has got an NVQ 2 or equivalent qualification

Has experience of working with children with SEN
