Hours                20.00 hours per week term time only (39 weeks per year)

The Governors, pupils and staff wish to appoint an outstanding Administration/Reception Officer to join our busy and motivated Office Team in this successful multi-cultural school. 

Location: Stillness Junior School, Brockley Rise, Forest Hill, London, SE23 1NH

We are looking for an Administration Officer who: 

  • Is enthusiastic and has experience of working in a school office
  • Is flexible; has the ability to prioritise tasks and use their own initiative
  • Has excellent knowledge of ICT and Microsoft Office; good knowledge of our MI system ScholarPack would be desirable, but not essential
  • Has excellent administrative and communication skills
  • Shows a commitment to the principles of equal opportunities and inclusion.

The role:                     Meals Supervisor

Stillness Junior School would like to recruit a reliable, enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our friendly lunchtime team. The role will involve supporting children during the midday break both during dining and at play.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
